EPP Access Extension For Separated Employees

Reference Number: NFC-24-1721239911
Published: July 18, 2024
Effective: Pay Period 13, 2024

Summary

The Employee Personal Page (EPP) has been modified to extend access (with the exception of self-service options) for separated employees from the current 90-day time frame (6 pay periods) to 18 months (approximately 39 pay periods). This shall be done by using Login.gov. Users will log into EPP and have an option to set up a Login.gov account.

Note: Before separating, employees should notate their EPP user ID and password. This will be used to initially access Login.gov.

Note:This option is available for employees who have separated starting with Pay Period 06, 2024. After 18 months, the user will no longer have access to EPP.
