Implementation
The following changes or enhancements have been made to GovTA:
- The Enable Tiles feature has been expanded to support multiple Agencies.
- A new pay provider validation rule to inform users of expiring travel compensatory time has been added. The rule is enabled by default. GovTA will generate a warning message three pay periods prior to the expiration of travel compensatory time hours.
- The FESI Extract Report has been reinstated. The Social Security number (SSN) will be masked with XXs in the report output.
- Timesheets have been redesigned for improved accessibility as described below.
- Hourly Timesheet. Spanned rows and columns have been removed, a new Type column now identifies Work or Leave time, and column headers accurately represent elements in column rows.
- Hybrid Timesheet. The Start Time and End Time have been removed from the Hourly Timesheets table and are now included in the Start and End Times table. Users may still optionally enter a Start Time and End Time on the hybrid timesheet.
- Dollar Transactions on the Hourly Timesheet. Spanned rows have been eliminated from the Dollar Transactions table, and column headers accurately represent elements in column rows.
