Updates to Health Savings Account Options in EPP

Summary
The Health Savings Account (HSA) Self-Service Request has been updated in the National Finance Center (NFC) Employee Personal Page (EPP).

Implementation
EPP
EPP has been updated to add the following edits and warning message(s) to the HSA Self-Service Request page:
- Edit to ensure that the routing number and account number are not the same number as the employee's paycheck and/or financial allotment(s).
- Warning message to avoid exceeding Internal Revenue Service contribution limits to HSA account.
Insight
Insight has been updated to add an HSA common report for Agencies with the following title and data columns:
- Title - Health Savings Allotment (HSA) YTD by Tax Year
- Department
- Agency
- POI
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- YTD Deductions
