New EPIC Web Pay Rate Determinant Codes

Summary
Per U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Data Standards, the Web-based Entry, Processing, Inquiry, and Correction System (EPIC Web) has been modified to add the following values to the Pay Rate Determinant Code:
- C - Critical Position Pay
- P - Preserved IGA Pay
- Z - Border Equalization Allowance

Implementation
Per OPM Data Standards, new values have been added to EPIC Web on the Salary tab. The following Pay Rate Determinant Code values have been added to the EPIC Web:
- C - Critical Position Pay
- P - Preserved IGA Pay
- Z - Border Equalization Allowance
