Special Employee Code 42 and 43 Description Change

Summary

Per the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) data standards dated March 25, 2013, updates have been made to the following Table Management System (TMGT) Tables:
TMGT Table 025, AD-350 (Personnel Block and Description); 
TMGT Table 061, Nature of Action Conversion; and TMGT Table 091, OPM NOA Legal Authorities.

Implementation

As a result of the OPM Data Standards, the following updates have been made to TMGT:

• TMGT Table 025 - Two of the descriptions for Special Employee Codes have been modified from Special Employee Code 42 - Sch A, 213-3102 (u) - ID to Special Employee Code 42, Intellectual Disability and from Special Employee Code 43 - Sch A, 213-3102 (u) - PD to Special Employee Code 43, Psychiatric Disability.
• TMGT Table 061 and TMGT Table 091 - The descriptions for WTA and WTB have been modified to WTA – Sch A, 213-3102 (u)-ID and WTB – Sch A, 213-3102 (u)-PD. This change applies to Nature of Action Codes 170, 171, 570, and
  571.
